PROJECT RESCUE OCEAN is an environmental association law 1901, created by Benoit Schumann, for the protection of the environment. Its aim is to raise awareness among the general public, especially young people, about the state of the environment, the seas and the oceans. Quartier Libre was born from the friendship between Adeline and Lucile, both passionate about premium stationery. They met during their studies of Applied Arts, and decide to create their own brand together: QUARTIER LIBRE.
Inspired by a wind of Freedom blown by the desire and audacity to create. the brand offers beautifully original hand-made watercolor and pencil patterns designs, made with love in Toulouse region of France with a sustainable approach: Imprim’Vert. Using certified vegetable-based ink, with papers derived from a sustainable management.
