Exchange & Return
We hope you will love your Green Lemon Atelier order, but if you wish to exchange an item for any reason, you may request it within 14 days of receiving the goods. After these 14 days, no exchange will be accepted. In order to be eligible for an exchange, item must be returned in original and unused condition together with its original packaging. All returns must be previously accepted by Green Lemon Atelier's Customer Service or they will be rejected, and the cost of return will be borne by the customer.
The return procedure is very simple:

- Tell us the reason(s) for your exchange request in a few sentences. This allows us to improve our customer service and to show you the return procedure to follow.
- Return the item.
Green Lemon Atelier is not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment and does not cover the shipping cost.
Green Lemon Atelier reserves the right of final decisions on the exchange and return of goods.
