Yes, we offer gift cards for both in-store and online shop purchases in two denominations: HKD 300 and HKD 500. Please choose the correct type when purchasing – in-store gift cards and online gift cards are not interchangeable.

All gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Please note the following usage details:

In-store gift cards: Not divisible; the full amount must be used in a single transaction.
Online gift cards: Usable across multiple transactions until the balance is fully redeemed.

About the Jewellery

All our jewellery is from the Parisian brand Les Cleias. The pieces are made using stainless steel, gold plating, and brass.

1. Jewellery Care & Maintenance

Les Cleias Jewellery is designed for everyday wear. To keep it beautiful and durable, we recommend:

Removing jewellery before activities that may cause damage, such as swimming or exercising.
While water-resistant, avoid exposing jewellery to chlorine, saltwater, or excessive sweat.
Putting on jewellery last, after applying cosmetics and perfumes, and removing it first.
Gently polishing with a clean, dry, soft cloth as needed.
Storing jewellery in its pouch or case, away from excessive light and humidity.

With proper care, 18K gold-plated jewellery can last for years.

Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth.
Use a soft-bristled brush to clean small crevices or intricate areas.

Our stainless steel collection is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free.

Gently polish with a soft, dry cloth.
Use a soft brush for hard-to-reach spots.

Made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper, sterling silver is hypoallergenic, durable, and easy to polish for a shiny finish.

Gently clean with a soft cloth, mild soap and water, or silver polish.
Avoid exposure to sweat and cosmetics to preserve its shine.
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a cloth pouch or jewellery box.

Stainless steel and gold-plated jewellery can be worn in the shower and at the beach.
We do not recommend wearing them in pools.
Brass accessories should not be worn underwater.

2. Ring Sizes & Fit

Most Les Cleias rings are adjustable, but some styles are fixed and available in specific sizes. The size of each fixed ring is listed in the product description.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

About our Gift Cards

We offer gift cards for both in-store and online shop purchases, available in two denominations: HKD 300 and HKD 500.

All gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

No, gift cards are non-refundable.

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a unique code. To redeem it, enter this code during checkout in the designated gift card field on our website.

In-store gift cards: Not divisible; the full amount must be used in one transaction.
Online shop gift cards: Can be used in multiple transactions until the balance is fully redeemed.

Online shop gift cards: The email will include a printable version of the gift card with the code.
In-store gift cards: Will be sent to your address or available for pickup at our shop.
