With our membership program we want to thank you for being part of our community. With every purchase you can earn points, get special perks and enjoy early access to new collections and sales.

Online Shop: You automatically become a member when you make a purchase or subscribe to our newsletter. If you’ve shopped with us online before, you already have a member account. Simply log in using the email address you used for your purchase, and we’ll send a one-time login code to your email.

In-store: If you shop at one of our physical stores, simply ask our team to register you as a member before completing your purchase. You’ll need to provide your email address and phone number.

If you’ve shopped with Green Lemon online before, you’re already a member. Simply log in using the email address you used for your purchase.You’ll find the login 👤 in the top right corner. We’ll send a one-time login code to your email to access your account.

As a member you'll receive early notification about our new arrivals and upcoming promotions.

With the VIP Status you get 10% off on every purchase for an entire year from the moment of attaining the status and 15% off every purchase on your birthday month.

You'll also get a 300HK$ Voucher for every 5000 Points more attained within your VIP Year.

Once you've collected up to 5000 Points (1 HKD = 1 Point), you'll get VIP status. There's no time limitation as to by when you'd need to reach those points.

As soon as you collected 5000 Points, you will get VIP perks from your next purchase.

Your VIP status is valid for 12 months. To remain a VIP, you need to collect another 5,000 points during your VIP year.

If you don’t reach 5,000 points within those 12 months, your VIP status will end and you’ll return to Member status. Your points won’t be lost, and you can continue collecting them with no time limit until you reach 5,000 points and become VIP again.

Online: Points are automatically added to your member account when you make a purchase using your registered email address.

In-store: Let our team know that you’re a member before completing your purchase, so we can add your points to your account.
