We ship from Hong Kong internationally, with some Countries excempted.
To Hong Kong
- Free Shipping on all Hong Kong Orders at HKD 500 and up
- For orders below HKD 500, a shipping cost of HKD 50 applies
- Free pick up available at our Central Store on 85 Hollywood Road (opposite PMQ)
- Delivery time is around 2-3 business days
To Macau
- Free Shipping on all Macau Orders at HKD 500 and up
- For orders below HKD 500, a shipping cost of HKD 80 applies
- Delivery time is around 2-3 business days
To Taiwan
- Free Shipping on all Taiwan Orders at HKD 500 and up
- For orders below HKD 500, a shipping cost of HKD 80 applies
- Delivery time is around 2-3 business days
IMPORTANT: For orders shipping to Taiwan, we require the recipient’s national ID number to process and send the package. There will be a box in the shopping cart where you can note down your ID number.
To South Korea

Shipping costs for purchases made via special payment links
Orders completed using a unique Shopify payment link (for items seen in‑store or in our Instagram Stories) are not eligible for free shipping. Normal shipping costs will apply, and charges depend on your shipping country (check above).
Customs and Import Duties
- Green Lemon Atelier is not responsible for any unexpected charges, delays, or changes resulting from local customs inspections or enforcement.
- Duties and taxes are assessed by your country’s customs authorities on imported items.
- Customs determine these fees based on the declared value, origin country, and product classification.
- Duties are usually calculated as a percentage of the declared value; taxes are often applied to the value of the goods plus shipping.
- Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s customs rules and any related fees.
- Customs may require payment of duties and taxes before releasing parcels for delivery.
- These charges are separate from the product price and the shipping fee.
- If a recipient refuses payment and the parcel is returned or abandoned, Green Lemon Atelier may deduct applicable return or administration fees from any refund.

Exchanges
Can I return my order for a refund?
No, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds. We do offer exchanges; see the next question for details.
Can I exchange an item, and what are the requirements?
Yes, exchanges are allowed only for full‑price items and must be for an item of equal value.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@greenlemonatelier.com with your order number and photos; requests after 14 days cannot be accepted.
What if my item arrives broken or defective?
If your item is damaged or defective on arrival, please follow the defective item process below (contact support with photos and your order number).
Repairs
What warranty do you offer?
All jewellery and leather goods bought at www.greenlemonatelier.com have a 1‑year warranty covering design defects from the purchase date.
Are natural variations covered?
No — natural materials (stone, leather) vary; slight differences from product photos are normal and not defects.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Neglect or poor maintenance (including loss or breakage of parts)
- Damage from misuse, abuse, modifications, or professional/commercial use
- Apparent defects or damage occurring during transport after delivery
- Repairs or work done by anyone not authorised by Green Lemon Atelier
- Size adjustments (rings, bracelets, necklaces)
How do I request a repair or warranty claim?
Email hello@greenlemonatelier.com with detailed information and photos; we will send return instructions.
Who is responsible for returns shipping risk?
Green Lemon Atelier is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipments.
Who decides on exchanges or returns?
Green Lemon Atelier reserves the final decision on exchanges, repairs, and returns.
