Exchanges and Repairs:
You may request an exchange or repair service within 14 days of receiving your item(s). After this period, exchanges and repairs will not be accepted. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original and unused condition
- Accompanied by its original packaging
Important Points:
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at hello@greenlemonatelier.com with your reason for exchange or repair to receive return instructions.
- Return Acceptance: All returns must be approved by our Customer Service team; otherwise, they will be rejected.
- Shipping Costs on Returns: The customer is responsible for return item shipping costs.
- Shipping Costs on Repairs: Green Lemon Atelier will bear cost for items requiring repair service.
- Risk of Loss or Damage: Green Lemon Atelier is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipments.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any transactions.
Green Lemon Atelier reserves the right to make the final decision regarding exchanges and returns.
