  • Free Shipping on all Hong Kong Orders at HKD 500 and up
  • For orders below HKD 500, a shipping cost of HKD 50 applies
  • Free pick up available at our Central Store on 85 Hollywood Road (opposite PMQ)
  • Delivery time is around 2-3 business days

Macau SAR & Taiwan

  • Free Shipping on all Macau and Taiwan Orders at HKD 500 and up
  • For orders below HKD 500, a shipping cost of HKD 80 applies
  • Delivery time is around 2-3 business days

Taiwan: Additional required Informations

For orders shipping to Taiwan, we require the recipient’s national ID number to process and send the package. There will be a box in the shopping cart where you can note down your ID number.

For Korean customers, please kindly enter your shipping information in Latin alphabet (Romanization), as Korean characters may be difficult to process, and we cannot guarantee an accurate translation from our side.

Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are allowed only for full‑price items and must be for an item of equal value. Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags

Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@greenlemonatelier.com with your order number and photos of the item. Exchanges submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Repairs

All jewellery and leather goods sold on the site www.greenlemonatelier.com are guaranteed for 1 year. This warranty covers design defects from the date of purchase of the products. For products made of natural materials (stone, leather, etc.), each piece being unique, it is normal to receive an item with a very slightly different appearance from that of the photograph on the site. These differences are not design defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • natural wear and tear of the product;
  • neglect or poor maintenance, such as breakage or loss of the jewelry and one of its elements;
  • damage due to handling error, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes;
  • apparent defects and products damaged during transport, after delivery;
  • work carried out on the jewel by any person not mandated by the Green Lemon Atelier After Sales Service as well as damage resulting from such work;
  • size adjustment (ring, bracelet, necklace).

Green Lemon Atelier is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipments.
