Care
Designed for everyday wear. To keep it beautiful and durable, we recommend:
- Removing jewellery before activities that may cause damage, such as swimming or exercising.
- While water-resistant, avoid exposing jewellery to chlorine, saltwater, or excessive sweat.
- Putting on jewellery last, after applying cosmetics and perfumes, and removing it first.
- Gently polishing with a clean, dry, soft cloth as needed.
- Storing jewellery in its pouch or case, away from excessive light and humidity.

Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are allowed only for full‑price items and must be for an item of equal value. Sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@greenlemonatelier.com with your order number and photos of the item. Exchanges submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
